The Inside Sales/Account Manager is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, quoting and overall assisting territory sales staff in closing new business . The representative will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, social media and targeted database searches within the Commercial Construction realm. Customer base will include: General Contractors, Developers, Superintendents, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and Purchasing Departments.
Bachelors degree preferred and prior construction industry preferred. Must be comfortable presenting and selling to customer base. Baseline understanding of drawings or blueprints ideal.
