The primary function of this role is to secure compliance among Caesarstone’s North American affiliate fabricator network, in the USA and Canada. The standard encompasses Employee Health and Safety (“EHS”), environmental impact, business ethics, Employee-Employer relations, etc.
Securing compliance is accomplished via onsite audits, which are conducted to identify deficiencies, and via consistent subsequent follow-up, to ensure said deficiencies are addressed within the established timelines.
The audit portion of the Compliance Specialist role is conducted independently; coordinating audit timing with fabricators, scheduling travel, completing audit reports, etc. The follow-up portion of securing compliance requires a collaborative approach, working jointly with Caesarstone’s IKEA Coordinator Team. As such, a qualified Compliance Specialist candidate must be skilled at operating independently during the audit phase and as a team leader during the follow-up phase.
