    Caesarstone, the leading global manufacturer of quartz surfaces for residential and commercial interiors, is looking for a motivated, creative, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the Marketing Team in their US headquarters based in Charlotte, NC.


    This role will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns, tracking marketing data, maintaining promotional material and sample inventory, coordinating and planning for meetings, events and trade shows, tracking and managing marketing expenses and preparing marketing presentations and reports.


    • Assist in the development of PR materials, advertising campaigns and marketing collateral
    • Order and maintain sufficient stock of key promotional materials including corporate promotional items and items produced / ordered through 3rd party vendors
    • Manage the consumer sample order process and report on top colors ordered monthly
    • Coordinate, schedule and assist in planning for marketing meetings, events and trade shows
    • Oversee FOC displays for brand marketing, including processing paperwork and tracking display slab shipments for on-time delivery
    • Maintain records for marketing including SOWs, NDAs and partnership agreements
    • Input purchase requisitions, manage the purchase order process and maintain the budget for all marketing expenses
    • Develop marketing presentations and reports, as needed
    • Track and traffic marketing projects in process to share with senior leadership


    • Bachelor’s degree required in marketing or related function
    • Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite with very strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience in Microsoft Project is a plus
    • Proven ability to multi-task and drive and track status on multiple projects at any given time
    • Highly organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Inherent knowledge of how to connect and communicate with a variety of channels and consumers
    • Strong analytical skills in analyzing trends and return on investment
    • Some travel may be required
