Overview

An extension of our outside sales team, the ISS works closely with internal functions and external customers. As an account owner, this position requires strong customer focus and a proactive approach. Responsibilities include customer service support, order entry, product knowledge expertise, upselling, inventory/stock verifications, account maintenance, outbound calling and lead generation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer order process from start to finish.
  • Enter, track, and monitor order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform proactive customers calls in region.
  • Contact established accounts to increase market share of client products by explaining product features and benefits to customers.
  • Ownership of specific accounts, from prospecting to close, and continued maintenance.
  • Help customers determine the right Caesarstone product to meet their need(s).
  • Sell products and services, upsell products, and suggest alternatives, when a customer requested product is not available.
  • Create and maintain solid, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Assist and resolve customer requests and/or problems in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Interact with sales and internal departments to exchange customer needs information.
  • Ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction through attention to detail.
  • Process credits/rebills, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), and master orders, as required.
  • Document lost sales and customer comments.
  • Review and utilize daily reports to assist customer with purchase orders of material and manage sales goals.
  • Work with distribution centers to communicate orders/will calls.
  • Utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) tool to manage consumer data and maintain up-to-date records

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service mindset
  • Proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Proficient in English language with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Inside sales or customer service experience preferred
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • CRM experience strongly preferred
